(Inspired by unquiet.heart and eidechse)

Like unquiet.heart, I’ve been in love with cyan since the beginning of the year.
.

As well as with other shades in the bright turquoise range.
.

Another of my current favorites is a bright and clear red.
.

I also like a combination of some bright colors
resembling a rainbow.

.

These two have been among my favorites since about a year now, especially in combination with each other.
.

This is another combination I like.
And copper just rocks.
.

And finally: black and white and blue.

Summer evening
.

The last picture reminds me of summer nights in Spain.
The plain white walls, the round arch, the latticework,
and the light pretty much sum it up. To one side of the arch
is a balcony with deep red blossoms in flower boxes,
which added to the impression. Did you notice the horseshoe?
I like how it reflects the arch’s shape… but I realized
only after the picture was taken.

Das letzte Bild erinnert mich an Sommernächte in Spanien.
Die schlichte weiße Hauswand, der Rundbogen, das Ziergitter
und das Licht spielen dabei zusammen. Auf einer Seite des Rundbogens
ist ein Balkon mit dunkelroten Blüten in Blumenkästen,
was den Eindruck noch verstärkt hat.
Ist euch das Hufeisen aufgefallen? Es gefällt mir, wie es die Form
des Rundbogens wiedeholt…. ist mir aber erst später aufgefallen.
